GEOVIA Minex support across Indonesia
Most of what we do reaches you over a screen share. The parts that do not — commissioning, on-site training, a model review with the whole team in one room — are worth the flight.

Same time zone, same site conditions
A support call that has to wait until the vendor’s office opens in Europe costs you a shift. Being in the region is not a marketing line — it is the difference between resolving a modelling problem today and resolving it tomorrow.

Primary region
Indonesia — East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Jambi, with remote delivery anywhere in the archipelago.
- On-site work at short notice
- Same-day response during business hours
- Local language delivery available
Outside Indonesia
We do not take engagements outside Indonesia. A promise we cannot staff properly is not one we will sell.
- Indonesia only — every engagement is staffed and run from Jakarta
- Other regions are served by other Dassault Systèmes partners
- Overseas parent company? If the mine is in Indonesia, it is in scope
Remote across Indonesia
Implementation, migration, scripting and training all deliver well over a screen share.
- All three time zones, sessions scheduled to the site’s working day
- Recorded on request for absent team members
- No travel cost on the invoice
Booking across time zones
One country, three clocks. Every Indonesian coal province sits within two hours of Jakarta, and sessions are scheduled to the site’s clock, not ours.
Sessions outside these hours can be arranged for shift-based teams, including split delivery so that day and night crews both attend live rather than watching a recording.
By appointment, not by drop-in
Our people are usually on a client site or in a session. Booking ahead means the person you need is actually in the building.
Tell us who you need
Geology, mine planning or data automation — naming the discipline lets us put the right person in the room instead of a general account contact.
Give us 48 hours
Enough notice to prepare, and to pull your project background together beforehand so the meeting starts at the substance rather than the introductions.
Bring the data question
The most useful meetings start with an actual file — a model that will not build, a reserve number that will not reconcile. Bring it and we will look at it together.
When we come to your pit
On-site work runs on your rules, not ours. Tell us what they are before we book flights, not when we arrive at the gate.
What we need from you in advance
- Site induction requirements and how long they take
- Medical or fitness checks, if your site mandates them
- PPE standard — what you supply, what we bring
- Access approvals for visitors, including lead times
- Network access to the machines we will be working on
- A room with a screen, for training days
We carry our own insurance and will provide certificates on request. Travel, accommodation and subsistence are charged at cost and agreed before the trip — never added afterwards.
