We cannot vary its licence terms, warranties, support commitments, pricing or roadmap, and we give no undertaking on the vendor’s behalf.

If you need a statement about the product from the vendor, obtain it from the vendor.

Trademarks

GEOVIA, Minex, Surpac, MineSched, Whittle, 3DEXPERIENCE and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Dassault Systèmes. Other product and company names mentioned — including Vulcan, Carlson, acQuire, Oracle, SQL Server, AutoCAD and Tcl/Tk — are the property of their respective owners.

These names are used on this site solely to describe the software we support and the interoperability of that software. Such use does not imply any association, sponsorship or endorsement.

Product information

Descriptions of GEOVIA Minex functionality on this site are drawn from vendor documentation, published product material and our own working experience with the software. We take care to describe it accurately, but:

• Functionality, module availability and behaviour vary between versions, licence configurations and installations.
• The vendor may change, deprecate or withdraw features at any time without notice to us.
• Version numbers, release contents and support status stated here reflect our understanding at the date of publication.

Do not make a purchase, upgrade or platform decision on the strength of this website alone. Verify anything material with the vendor and against your own licence agreement.

Third-party training programmes

Where this site refers to the Minex Continued Support programme or any other vendor workshop series, those sessions are organised, scheduled and delivered by Dassault Systèmes through its own channels.

• We are not the organiser and cannot register you for them.
• Dates, times, content and availability are set by the vendor and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
• Where we describe similar subject matter in our own curriculum, that is training we deliver ourselves. It is not the vendor’s session and carries no vendor accreditation unless expressly stated.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is general information about mining software and the workflows around it. It is not, and must not be relied on as, geological, engineering, mine planning, environmental, financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Nothing here constitutes a recommendation to acquire, dispose of or hold any interest in a mineral property or in any security, or an offer or solicitation to do so.

Resource and reserve estimates remain yours

Geological models, resource estimates, reserve statements, mine designs, schedules and haulage calculations produced using GEOVIA Minex — whether or not we assisted — depend on your input data, your parameters and your professional judgement.

Responsibility for those outputs, and for any public disclosure of them, rests with your organisation and with the competent person, qualified person or equivalent signatory under the reporting code that applies to you. We do not act in that capacity and do not sign off on such estimates unless separately engaged, in writing, by a suitably qualified individual to do so.

Some images on this site depict GEOVIA Minex output or appear in vendor-published material, and remain the copyright of Dassault Systèmes or their respective owners. They are reproduced here to describe the software we support.

Short quotations from vendor material are used for factual reference and attributed to their source. If you own rights in any material published here and object to its use, contact us at legal@minexcoal.com and we will remove it promptly.
